Based on your goals, fitness level, medical history and schedule, not only will you receive customized coaching, but complete wellness management to create your healthiest life possible. By correcting movement pattern inefficiencies; increasing strength, flexibility, stability and endurance; and enhancing mindfulness, I safely and consciously bring the body to a place of balance where the goals are infinite and high performance living happens.

Through a comprehensive FITNESS assessment, together we will create a progressive program that is specific to YOUR individual needs and goals.

     Step 1:   We will go over a complete medical and orthopedic health history, past and current training programming and a nutritional consultation to see where we align and what needs to be addressed to help you reach your goals.

     Step 2:   You will be guided through a movement screen and postural analysis to identify any movement inefficiencies, muscular imbalances and faulty movement patterns so they can be addressed and corrected, reducing the risk of injury and allowing you to move efficiently and safely in your sport or activity.

Comprehensive wellness assessment: $150

This is the first step in working together, which includes an in-depth medical and fitness questionnaire, body composition index, movement screen, postural analysis, and in-depth goal setting to create your personalized roadmap.

  • 12 Sessions: $133/session ($1600)
  • 24 Sessions: $125/session ($3000 + 2 FREE SESSIONS)

TRAINING facility session:

  • Single Session: $150 
  • 12 Sessions: $143/session ($1725)
  • 24 Sessions: $137/session ($3300 + 2 FREE SESSIONS)
